Farminform, the independent data trust for medicines and pharmaceutical care, took its first steps with Microsoft Copilot. Not to replace employees, but to automate repetitive tasks and free up more time for work that adds real value.

Following a pilot and an extensive training program, most employees now use Copilot on a daily basis. From following up on meetings and creating presentations to gaining new insights, AI has proven to be a valuable support in day-to-day operations.
At the same time, one principle remains central: the human factor is indispensable. Especially in an industry where reliability and precision are paramount, human oversight remains essential.
